Martha's Macaroni and Cheese

Is there anything more delicious than mac and cheese? It is an instant crowd-pleaser, and relatively simple to make. Prior to college, I never ate mac and cheese (in fact, I rarely even ate cheese at all). But ever since taking a liking to the dish, I have tried countless recipes, searching for the perfect one.

Finally, I found it. Martha Stewart's recipe makes the perfect creamy dish, with the ideal amount of crunchy topping. Best of all, it reheats beautifully, meaning you can eat it for dinner for a week if you want.

I won't reprint the recipe here, since I don't ever tweak anything other than the types of cheese. I typically go with a mix of Swiss cheese, such as gruyere or comte, with the occasional cheddar add-in. I suggest experimenting with different cheeses and blends until you find one you really love. (Just make sure to always include a cheese that melts well, such as cheddar or gruyere!)
